11-7 Loss to Screaming Eagles Extends Bethesda Losing Streak
The Mercer Island Screaming Eagles defeated the Bethesda Atoms, 11-7. Doing his part was shortstop Nick Milligan, who went 2-4 with 2 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice. The losing skid has reached 8 games for Bethesda.

The Screaming Eagles got a big at-bat from first baseman Charles Barnes, who in the bottom of the fourth hit a 2-run double. It was his 7th double of the season and put the Screaming Eagles on top, 4-1.
