Barton Springs Blues starter Curt Stokes had all his pitches working at Atoms Field. His stellar performance paved the way for an easy 10-2 Barton Springs win over the Bethesda Atoms. Barton Springs is now 18-19, while Bethesda is 9-28.

Barton Springs used the bat of Cal Moore to capture the win. The first baseman jacked a 3-run home run in the top of the first inning to put the Blues ahead, 3-0. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a dandy.

"I felt good up there," said Moore. "I saw the ball well."
