The Panama City Piranhas picked up a win at The Tank, knocking off the Nashville Outlaws, 2-1. On the mound for Panama City was right-hander Anthony Carney, who played a pivotal role in the win. Arthur Anderson earned the save for Panama City, his 19th of the year. The Piranhas now own a record of 59-46.

Amani Marwan, who is tied for 10th in the 3L in total bases with 192, helped out the Panama City cause in the bottom of the sixth inning with a run-scoring sacrifice fly. For the game, the right fielder drove in one run.

"I had everything working," said Carney.
