Bowties Prevail, 4-2, Over Kingston Township

Buckhead pitcher Aarre Rissanen did his part in helping his team beat the Kingston Township Knights, 4-2. The left-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. Rissanen picked up the win for Buckhead, going 6.2 innings. He gave up 2 runs on 4 hits. He now sports a record of 6-7. Kingston Township now has a 5-game losing streak.
Ed Butler aided the Buckhead cause with a run-scoring double in the top of the fifth. For the game, the first baseman was 1-4 with a double, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.
"Aarre just went about his business, throwing strikes," said Buckhead manager Kerry Hofmeister.
