Berganza Excels, Nashville Blows Out Toledo
A nice crowd turned out for a clash between the Nashville Outlaws and Toledo Stingers.

The Nashville Outlaws got production from their entire lineup in an easy 13-3 win over the Toledo Stingers. Doing his part was second baseman Roberto Berganza. Berganza was 3 for 4 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while adding 6 RBI and scoring once. The winning pitcher was Fernando Ríos. His record is now 3-4. The left-hander went 6.2 innings, allowing 3 runs on 9 hits for the Outlaws.

Eugene Huggins took Volmer Aalbers deep in the bottom of the third. His 2-run home run put the Outlaws on top, 2-0. In all, Huggins had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 6.

"We'll enjoy this win for now, but it's just one," Huggins told local reporters. "We've got to keep it going."
