The inspired effort of Pennsauken left fielder Felipe Lamoncha was not enough to prevent a loss, 7-4, to the Tortolita Drummers. Lamoncha went 3 for 4 with a home run and a double. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Rafael Navarro got credit for the win, improving to 3-5. He allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2.2 innings. Apaghana Shachi recorded the save for Tortolita, his 5th of the season.

Tortolita used a clutch hit from James Childs to get the win. The first baseman drilled a 3-run home run in the top of the 12th inning to put the Drummers ahead, 7-4. It was his only hit in 6 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

In postgame remarks, Childs simply said: "Here's to a great win!"

The Drummers' win now puts them at 39-35.
