Norfolk Topples Calgary, 6-1

The Norfolk Pajaritos topped the Calgary Lynx, 6-1, in USSL Triple A action at Lynx Stadium. The standout performance belonged to Norfolk pitcher and St. Petersburg, Russia, native Burian Polyn. Norfolk's record now stands at 17-7, placing them first in the Silver AAA.
The Pajaritos grabbed the lead in the top of the second. With two out, Alfred Espinosa hit a 2-run home run off Asher Mouland, putting Norfolk in front, 2-1. For Espinosa, it was his 2nd home run of the season.
"Burian just went about his business, throwing strikes," said Norfolk manager José Rodríguez.
