Brass Lose to Tritons in Walk Off
The fans at Jersey City Grounds witnessed quite a game.

The Jersey City Tritons got a magnificent performance from pitcher Jason O'Rorke, who stifled the Baton Rouge offense en route to a 2-1 Tritons win at Jersey City Grounds. The winner in relief was Marty Logan. He is now 1-0. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 3 innings.

José Rico was the walk-off hero for Jersey City. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Tritons center fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"Every loss hurts," said Baton Rouge manager Daniel Edwards. "But this was a tough one."

Jersey City is now 28-20. Baton Rouge is 27-21.
