Knights Improve to 51-42 with 4-1 Win

In baseball, each game is unique. This one was no different.
Nolensville pitcher Quentin Gamble did his part in helping his team beat the Milton Dogfish Head, 4-1. The right-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. The winning pitcher was Gamble, now 5-7. He tossed 6.2 innings of 5-hit ball, while walking 3 and fanning 5.
Ángelo Campos had an important at-bat with two out in the bottom of the fifth, when he hit a 3-run home run. His 8th home run of the season put Nolensville on top, 3-0.
"You can't take yourself too seriously," Gamble told the Nolensville Times. "But at the end of the day, we do play to win ballgames."
Nolensville, at 51-42, holds down 5th place in the Menard's AAA.
