The Sioux Falls Red Pandas beat the Nolensville Knights, 4-2. Sioux Falls pitcher and Brisbane, Australia, native Callum Rollings led the way. The winner in relief was Wilton Rich. He is now 7-5. The left-hander allowed 1 run on 2 hits in 3 innings. Sioux Falls is now 46-41, Nolensville 48-39.
James Dobbs, the 26-year old first baseman , had a direct impact on the outcome. Dobbs contributed a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the sixth inning to put Sioux Falls up, 2-0.
After the game, Sioux Falls manager Leslie Brooks applauded the team's effort. "They busted their humps out there," he said.
