Disaster Get Past Hamilton for 2-1 Win
The Port Royal Disaster had to overcome a fine performance from Hamilton pitcher Raúl Martínez to grab a 2-1 win at Coyote Wildlife Refuge. Martínez allowed 1 run over 6 innings. Batu Khan, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 7th save. The Disaster saw their record improve to 24-19.

Port Royal used the timely hitting of Bryan Spilsbury to seize the win. The catcher stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the eighth inning to put the Disaster on top, 2-1. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"Feels good to get the job done," Spilsbury said after the game.
