Big Day for Tucker: Swats 5 Hits
|
It was high-fives all around for Kane Tucker at Psychos Ballpark today.
He got them from his teammates and he got them at the plate during an outstanding hitting performance against the Florida Men. Tucker smashed 5 hits in 5 at-bats on his monster day, leading his club to a 5-2 win.
"Kane was hitting everything," said Disaster manager Austin Case. "It really was a special game for him."
In the opposing dugout, Men manager Gus Gibbs told BNN beat writers that Tucker "ambushed" the club.
"Obviously we didn't have much success against him, but we'll have another chance," the skipper said. "Hopefully, Tucker oversleeps next time."
Kane Tucker singled in the 1st, hit an RBI triple in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 6th and singled in the 8th.
Thus far in 2050 Tucker is hitting .400 with 1 home run, 10 RBIs, 15 runs scored and has compiled a .436 OBP.
