The Sunset District Fog got a stellar performance from pitcher Miguel Velázquez, who handcuffed the Sioux Falls offense en route to a win, 5-2, at Fog Park. The winning pitcher was Velázquez, now 3-1. He tossed 5.1 innings of 4-hit ball, while walking 2 and fanning 5. Earning his 5th save of the year was Dave Becker.

Sunset District left fielder Clive Swanton made an impact. He drilled a run-scoring triple in the bottom of the third. In the contest, Swanton went 2 for 4 with a triple, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.

"Winning is not something we take for granted," Velázquez said.

The first-place Fog go to 15-6.
