Both teams had their opportunities, but in the end, the Port Royal Disaster got the win.

Port Huron got a terrific performance from pitcher Carlos Sandoval, but it wasn't enough to beat the Port Royal Disaster. Port Royal won the Port Huron Park contest, 4-3. Sandoval threw 7.0 innings of 5-hit ball for the losing team. Port Royal goes to 6-5.

Port Royal used the clutch hitting of Rolf Pauw to snag the win. The second baseman drilled a 2-run home run in the top of the eighth inning to put the Disaster ahead, 4-3. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a crucial one.

"We cashed in when we had the chance," said Port Royal manager Austin Case.
