#1 Pitcher Trophy Won by Patriots Rang Friday, September 17th , 2049 This year the USSL Mexican Summer League spotlight fell on Tai sun Rang of the MSL Boston Patriots. What a 2049 season he had! A fine 10-1 won-lost record, 4.76 ERA, 16 starts, 85 innings and 77 strikeouts -- a season good enough to earn him the SMSL Pitcher of the Year Award. He received 10 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Naohiro Ueno of the MSL St Louis Coeur finished second in voting, while David Roberts of the MSL New Orleans Voodoo finished third.
