PMSL's #1 Pitcher is Bainbridge Friday, September 17th , 2049 Louis Bainbridge of the MSL Baltimore Bullets had a tremendous season and was chosen the Pitcher of the Year Award winner in the USPL Mexican Summer League. He crafted a standout 5-1 mark in 15 starts, striking out 54, while walking 17. He worked 66.2 innings, yielded 71 hits and posted a 3.78 ERA. Opposing clubs had a .265 average against him. He received 10 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Chih Hoong of the MSL Athletic Club KC U-18 finished second in voting, while Ricardo Sandoval of the MSL Athletic Club KC U-18 finished third.
