Hes Has 42-Game Hitting Streak Wednesday, August 18th , 2049 The number just keeps getting higher. MSL Baltimore shortstop Barry Hes has now extended his hitting string to 42 games. He did it today with 2 hits in 4 at-bats as the MSL Baltimore took the 14-4 win over the MSL Vancouver Grey Wolves at MSL Baltimore Ballpark. "Who knows how long it will go on?" MSL Vancouver manager Justin Justice said. "He's certainly tough to pitch to right now." Barry Hes flied out in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, hit a sac fly in the 4th, walked in the 5th, singled in the 6th and grounded out in the 8th. So far in 2049 Hes is batting .525 with 6 home runs, 63 RBIs and 55 runs scored. He has 106 hits in 202 at-bats and a .535 OBP. |
