Chase Pitches Franklin to Shutout Victory Friday, July 17th , 2048 Pat Chase of Franklin easily handled the Northwest Territory Beavers, stopping them on 5 hits and chucking a complete-game 5-0 shutout. "He really did a job on us," said Northwest Territory manager Jeremy Dennis. "He had good command of his pitches. He changed speeds well and confused us. We never could zero in on him, but he certainly zeroed in on us." He finished the game with 6 strikeouts and no walks in a solid outing. This year Chase has 7 wins and 3 losses and a 2.72 ERA.
