Interns Méndez Lost for Year Tuesday, June 22nd , 2049 The season is apparently over for Zach Méndez. The Capital Hill Interns medical staff informed the club that the starting pitcher will be out at least 10-11 months with a torn flexor tendon in his elbow. Méndez was hurt in the game against Ellesmere Island while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. |
