PA-'s Best Pitcher is Zagallo Wednesday, September 22nd , 2049 Dionísio Zagallo finished off a fine season by taking home the USPL Low A Pitcher of the Year Award today. The Ogallala hurler went 11-3 on the year, posting a 2.55 ERA. Zagallo also tallied 128 strikeouts in 120 innings and allowed opposing batters to hit only .207 against him. He received 10 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Jake Hammond of the Ogallala Octopi finished second in voting, while Ignacio Rodríguez of the Quebec City Baby Blues finished third.
