PA- Reliever of the Year Award Winner Named Monday, September 20th , 2049 At the age of 19, Alfredo Ramos says he still has a lot to learn about life in USPL Low A. But he certainly seems to be a quick study, as the Beaumont Crossbeaus reliever was better than all others this year and has captured the 2049 USPL Low A Reliever of the Year Award. "I hope to win this a few more times before all is said and done in my career," the Santa Cruz de Yojoa, Honduras native said. For the season, Ramos had 9 saves in 32 relief appearances, which totaled 46. He fanned 58 betters, while walking 19 and put up a record of 3-2 to go with his 2.35 ERA. He received 5 first place votes out of a possible 10. Juan López of the Tulsa Otters finished second in voting with 2 first place votes, while Miguel Martínez of the Athletic Club KC U-21 finished third with 1 first place vote.
