Drinkwater and Yi Brawl, League Suspends Them Wednesday, June 23rd , 2049 Ron Drinkwater of the Athletic Club KC U-21 and Wan-hua Yi of the Hicksville Hounds received notification from the league commissioner's office that they had been suspended for 4 and 8 games respectively for their part in the on-field ruckus in a recent game at Ballpark of Elkhorn City. Presently Drinkwater is hitting .293 with 4 home runs and 15 RBIs. He has played in 28 games and scored 17 times. For the season Yi has logged 3 wins and 2 losses and struck out 49 batters in 53.2 innings while compiling a 4.53 ERA. |
