August's Top Starter Named in PAA Wednesday, September 1st , 2049 Last month was a very good one for Todd Gould of Ft. Polk South. So good that he has been picked as the Pitcher of the Month in the USPL Double A. Gould throttled league hitters the entire month, completing August with an impressive 3-0 mark and a 0.00 ERA in 0 starts with 26 strikeouts in 19 innings.
