Hanson Launches 3 HR for Fur Traders Saturday, May 8th , 2049 Every now and then, everything just comes together. Jim Hanson discovered that today at The Graveyard, as he smashed three home runs during the 11-8 Tacoma Fur Traders win over the Casper Ghosts. "I got three balls to hit and nailed all three of them," the Tacoma first baseman said in his postgame interview. "The first was a hanging curve, the second was right down the middle and the last one was a good pitch, but I guessed right and put the wood to it." Hanson finished the day with 3 hits in 4 at-bats and 8 RBIs. Jim Hanson hit a sac fly in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, walked in the 5th, hit a two-run home run off Aberto Gaddi in the 6th, hit a two-run home run off Danny Antonio in the 9th and hit a three-run home run off Marcos Lucero in the 10th. |
