3AA Selects Jaffre August's #1 Pitcher Wednesday, September 1st , 2049 In August Tacoma starter, Jean-Paul Jaffre really put the strong arm on the other M3L Double A teams and hauled in the Pitcher of the Month trophy. He did it with an impressive 5 wins and no losses. In 5 starts and 31.1 innings of work, Jaffre limited opposing batters to 21 base hits and a .188 batting average. He fanned 22, issued 20 walks and had a 2.30 ERA. This year Jaffre has 6 wins and 3 losses and a 3.75 ERA. |
