3AA Star of the Week Announced Monday, July 12th , 2049 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the M3L Double A, but last week Víctor Salazar of the Irving Blue Sox reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Salazar rocked opposing pitching for a .500 average (6-for-12), 5 home runs and 8 RBIs to come away with the award. This year Salazar is hitting .337 with 12 home runs. |
