Peñaranda Wins SAAA Batter of the Month Sunday, August 1st , 2049 Pablo Peñaranda has a lot going for him. The Bakersfield third baseman just broke into the majors this year and now the USSL Triple A has just picked him as its top hitter for July. In 23 games last month this outstanding rookie batted .384 with 11 home runs, 27 RBIs and 19 runs scored. Posting a .285 batting average to date, Peñaranda has 17 home runs and 44 RBIs. |
