Tritons Emery Named PAAA's Best Pitcher Sunday, August 1st , 2049 The elite pitcher this past month in the USPL Triple A was Floyd Emery of the Jersey City Tritons. He stood head and shoulders above the rest, finishing July with an extraordinary 3-0 record and a 2.60 ERA. The Tritons star hurler made 5 starts and surrendered 22 hits in 34.2 innings. He struck out 29 and walked 9. In 14 starts this year Emery has fashioned a 6-5 record and a 4.34 ERA. |
