Star of the Week Picked in PAAA Monday, July 26th , 2049 So far in his young career, Kevin Sanders has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the USPL Triple A in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 24-year-old Salt Lake City Buzz center fielder hit at a torrid .571 clip as he collected 8 hits in 14 at-bats, 1 home run, 7 RBIs and 8 runs scored. So far this season Sanders is hitting .288 with 4 home runs, 29 RBIs and 38 runs scored. He has 65 hits in 226 at-bats and a .328 OBP. |
