González Grabs 3AAA Reliever of the Year Award Sunday, October 3rd , 2049 Félix González was a calming influence out of the Monongahela Monsters bullpen this season. His teammates and manager said he had a poised demeanor about him that was typical of someone much older and more experienced. His poise has paid off, as the 23-year-old turned in a sparkling season and has been named the winner of the M3L Triple A Reliever of the Year Award for 2049. The Santa Rosa, California native won the award with 18 saves in 27 relief appearances, 41 strikeouts in 27.2 innings and a record of 3-1 to go with his 0.33 ERA. He received 11 first place votes out of a possible 12. Luis Ornelas of the Florida Men finished second in voting, while Yefim Vistunov of the Vermont Lake Monsters finished third.
