Menard's Third League Names Rui Best Player Wednesday, November 3rd , 2049 The future looks extremely bright for Hsiao-lou Rui. At the age of 24, many players are still trying to find their way in Menard's Third League. Rui has not only found his way, he's already established himself as one of the game's brightest stars, today being named the winner of the Menard's Third League Outstanding Hitter Award. "I didn't expect to hit .354 this year, that's for sure," the left fielder said. The Nashville Outlaws star also put up a .421 on-base percentage this year, with 143 hits, 26 doubles, no triples, 20 home runs, 79 RBIs and 59 runs scored. Luis Pamparacuatro of the Pittsburgh Kingfishers finished second in voting, while Lester Threlfall of the Toledo Stingers finished third. |
