Standout Season For Tejano, Wins SL Outstanding Hitter Award Wednesday, November 3rd , 2049 Mhelter Tejano has been around United States Silver League enough to know a good hot streak when he sees one -- and he got to see one firsthand all year. For his standout run through the 2049 season, he's taking home the Outstanding Hitter Award in the United States Silver League. The Colorado shortstop put up a batting average of .302 with 32 doubles, 6 triples, 17 home runs and 70 RBIs. Francisco De La Cruz of the New Orleans Voodoo finished second in voting, while Michizane Yamashita of the New Orleans Voodoo finished third. |
