Chicago Clinches Wild Card Monday, September 6th , 2049 The Chicago Tula have thrilled their fan base by securing a late-season wild card berth. The team's playoff future was certainly not a foregone conclusion, as the Tula battled to find a place in the postseason. "We never lost faith, I think that's key," said starting pitcher Francisco Pacheco. "Even when things got rough, people in our clubhouse believed we were going to win." With their record sitting at 55-40, the Tula will try to build on their success to win the 1st USPL Single A championship in team history. |
