Super Swinger -- Ynegas Slams 5 Hits Thursday, July 29th , 2049 It was a sensational day at the plate for Athletic Club KC U-24 center fielder Claudio Ynegas, but a tough one for the team, as the U-24 dropped the contest 7-6 to the Chicago Tula. Even with the loss, Ynegas was pure misery for the Chicago pitching staff. He left them shell-shocked after going 5-for-6 in an explosive display of hitting. "It's always good to get a bunch of hits in a game, but you also want to win," said Ynegas, who is the 20-year old center fielder . "Ynegas really hit the ball hard and when you do that, you've got a good chance to do some damage," Tula manager John Sirica told BNN reporters after the game. "I feel like we threw him some good pitches, but he just put some good swings on the ball." Claudio Ynegas hit a two-run home run off Cameron Davies in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off Cameron Davies in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Mark Jackson in the 7th, struck out in the 9th and singled in the 11th.
