SMSL Player of the Week Named Monday, August 3rd , 2048 Nobody in the USSL Mexican Summer League had a better week than Nazeem Abdul-Basit... Noooo-body! That's why he was voted the Player of the Week. During the week the MSL Cleveland third baseman compiled a .562 batting average (9-for-16) with 2 home runs, 10 RBI and scored 6 runs. This year Abdul-Basit has hit at a .319 clip with 51 hits, 3 home runs, 36 RBIs and 29 runs scored. |
