MSL Greenville's Hernández Chosen PMSL Batter of the Month Saturday, August 1st , 2048 José Hernández of the MSL Greenville 84s spoke softly and carried a big stick in July and was justifiably proclaimed the USPL Mexican Summer League Batter of the Month. The 84s right fielder rapped out a .566 batting average with 30 hits in 53 at-bats, drove in 17, scored 15 runs and chalked up a .629 on-base percentage. This season Hernández is batting .463 with 74 hits, 7 home runs, 33 RBIs, .540 OBP and has scored 43 runs. |
