Red-Hot Miller Cools Off Surprise Thursday, July 16th , 2048 It wasn't easy but John Miller made it look that way. Miller silenced the Surprise Shockers, 1-0, in a Maine Sea Dogs triumph at Sea Dogs Park today. Despite the appearance of dominance, Miller said later that he felt like he was struggling all game. He gave up no walks and 3 hits. "It didn't feel quite right today, but I made the decision to bear down and work through it," he said.
