Boom Bashes 5 Base Hits Wednesday, September 2nd , 2048 No matter what the Quebec City Baby Blues threw at him today, Nicolaas Boom hit it. He easily handled Baby Blues pitching, going 5 for 5 and helping the Rams to a 11-3 triumph at Dylan Park. "The way I was swinging today, I think I could have closed my eyes and hit the ball," he told BNN reporters in the postgame interview. Told of Boom's quip, Baby Blues skipper Seth Rice said he "would take him up on that next time."
