Top PAA Reliever Honored Monday, October 5th , 2048 At the young age of only 23, Harry Richter has been named the USPL Double A Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2048. The future appears bright for the Minnesota Loons relief ace, who captured the award with 23 saves in 51 relief appearances, 91 strikeouts in 85.2 innings and a record of 5-7 to go with his 2.94 ERA. He received 5 first place votes out of a possible 10. Ramon Roodenburg of the Olympia Ogres finished second in voting with 5 first place votes, while Alfredo Morales of the Minnesota Loons finished third.
