Athletic Club KC Academy Wins Top Spot in Premier AA Wednesday, September 16th , 2048 Gunnar Hicks said it takes "a lot of dedication and sacrifice" to win a division title. That's why he and his Athletic Club KC Academy teammates were so excited to celebrate their Premier AA championship today. "It's been a team effort all year long," he said. "You don't get to this point without the guys in the room believing in what we're doing." That belief has paced the club to a 63-36 record on the season. It is the club's 3rd Premier AA championship and puts them in position for their 2nd USPL Double A championship. "It's a talented bunch in that room," manager Sherwood Baker said pointing to his celebrating players. "I wouldn't bet against us." |
