Kingsley Socks It to Atoms, Cracks 5 Hits Sunday, July 5th , 2048 Shaun Kingsley put on a hitting clinic today as the Gwinnett Guinea Pigs dumped the Bethesda Atoms 16-5 at Atoms Field. The Gwinnett shortstop made Bethesda defenders earn their pay, lashing Bethesda pitching for 5 hits in 5 at-bats in the game. He told BNN reporters after the game that his strategy was "just hit it where they pitched it." "Too often I try too hard to pull the ball," Kingsley said in his postgame press conference. "Today, I just went with the pitch." Shaun Kingsley singled in the 2nd, hit a two-run double in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off Rafael Galván in the 4th, singled in the 7th and hit a solo-shot off Frank Cunningham in the 9th.
