Jheon Week's Best Player Monday, August 31st , 2048 At the age of 30, Yong-ho Jheon might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Hartford right fielder put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .667 batting average. For his efforts Jheon collected the USSL Triple A Player of the Week Award. He racked up 4 hits in 6 at-bats, 2 home runs and 3 RBIs last week in 2 games. So far this season Jheon is hitting .277 with 14 home runs, 37 RBIs and 30 runs scored. He has 56 hits in 202 at-bats and a .339 OBP. |
