Rowdy Players Suspended by League Friday, August 21st , 2048 Baseball officials have suspended two players for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct" in yesterday's Austin-Forest City contest at Mamba Park. The Black Mambas Leonardo Valdéz and the Warriors Billy Hansen will have to sit out 5 and 6 games respectively for their parts in the brawl. So far this season Valdéz has 8 home runs and a .219 batting average. This year Hansen has fanned 85 in 98.2 innings and collected a 7-5 record with a 3.74 ERA. |
