PAAA Announces Outstanding Pitcher Award Monday, October 5th , 2048 In 2048, the premier pitcher in the USPL Triple A was Ed Emery. The Sacramento starter is this year's recipient of the Outstanding Pitcher Award. He went 11-1 in 20 starts with 103 strikeouts in 115 innings and an impressive 3.13 ERA.
