Lindsay 5-for-6 Against Alaskan Friday, July 3rd , 2048 It was a great day at the plate for Ben Lindsay. For his Kansas Rainbeaus, the day was not nearly as good. The center fielder collected 5 hits in 6 tries, but his club still came up short in the win column. The Alaskan Humpbacks snatched the victory, topping the Rainbeaus by a score of 11-9. "Well that wasn't how it was supposed to end," Lindsay said later. "I'll just have to do it again and get it right." Ben Lindsay doubled in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Alejandro Rosado in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit a solo-shot off Phil Lewis in the 9th and struck out in the 10th.
