Coyotes Lose Ozawa for Season Thursday, September 3rd , 2048 The season is apparently over for Kyuichi Ozawa. The Hamilton Coyotes medical staff informed the club that the reliever will be out at least 13 months with a torn labrum. Ozawa was hurt in the game against Vermont while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. Ozawa has gone to the hill for 19 relief appearances this season, nailing down 1 save while notching a 2-0 record with a 3.25 ERA. The Hamilton reliever has limited opposing batters to a .242 batting average. |
