This promising rookie left fielder for Idaho Falls garnered everyone's respect by putting up some remarkable numbers and picking up the Player of the Week trophy. The 21-year-old haunted opposing pitchers hitting .320 (8-for-25) with 4 home runs and 10 RBIs last week. This season Murunga is batting .224 with 19 hits, 7 home runs, 17 RBIs, 6 walks, .272 OBP and has scored 12 runs. He has played in 24 games. |
