Hermit Crabs Capture Silver A Monday, September 7th , 2048 Huntington Hermit Crabs manager Mike Evans said it was a "battle all season long" for his club to win the Silver A. But they've done exactly that, today edging out their division rivals to take the top spot. "It was down to the wire, so it makes it even more special," he said. "Our guys grinded all year and this is the end result." The club has a 64-32 record to top the division for the 8th time and will now be searching for a 6th championship. "We may not have won the division by a wide margin, but I don't think anyone in our clubhouse ever doubted we'd do it," said starting pitcher Mark Hodge. |
