Menard's A Title Goes to Crawdads
Tuesday, September 1st , 2048
The Cut Off Crawdads are champions of the Menard's A, but don't plan the parade quite yet.
"It's a nice accomplishment, but we haven't done anything until we win the 3L A Championship," said starting pitcher Young-jae Chong. "We're going to celebrate this for sure, but the real celebration is still to come for fans in Cut Off."
The club's record currently sits at 58-32. It is the team's 3rd division title and they will be seeking the franchise's 4th M3L Single A championship.
Team manager Manuel Barrios said he plans to take some time to celebrate the division title, but then it's "back to work" for members of the team and coaching staff.
