M3L Single A Selects June's Best Batter Wednesday, July 1st , 2048 When Kerry Carcia stepped up to the plate in June he did it with confidence, and today he was honored with the M3L Single A Batter of the Month award. The young Washington first baseman posted a .360 batting average with 10 home runs, 32 RBIs and scored 15 runs. Carcia also worked pitchers for 9 walks to post a .418 on-base percentage. For the year Carcia has hit .341 with 14 home runs, 47 RBIs and scored 25 runs. |
